Broad Haven itself has one of the finest and safest beaches, the firm, golden sands being a paradise for children. They will delight in dipping their fishing nets into the numerous rock pools at either end of the beach. During a fortnight's holiday in Pembrokeshire it would be possible to visit a different beach every day and still not see them all.

Nearest to Broad Haven are Newgale, Nolton Haven, Little Haven and Druidston Haven and Dale which has the reputation for being the sunniest spot in Wales.

From Tenby you can take a boat trip out to Caldey Island or visit the ancient town of Pembroke which is dominated by its Norman castle, the birthplace of Henry Tudor. The cathedral city of St Davids is the centuries old seat of Christianity in Wales and birthplace of our patron saint. Arts and crafts are in abundance and it is often possible to watch local craftsmen at work.
