Non-Domestic (rates) £214.56 for 2011

| UTILITIES |
In addition to the above water, electric and gas are supplied through meters.
Electric is charged at 13p per unit including VAT at 5%.
Gas (propane) is charged at £2.82 per cubic meter plus VAT at 5%.
The combined Water & Sewerage charge is £2.85 per unit.

| PAYMENT |
Payment can be made by Direct Debit over 10 months starting in January each year, or by cheque -half in January and half in April.
The utilities are charged for twice a year after your meters are read in June/July and January.
Local Authority Tax is billed in April each year.
For example - you would make 10 equal payments of the pitch fee starting in January each year, one payment of Local Authority Rates (non-domestic) in April and three payments for utilities one in June, one in September & one in January.

The standard pitch fee for 2012 for new customers is £2840
The Premium (Sea View through side window) pitch fee for 2012 is £3895 - None Available
The View (V1 to V9 - caravans facing the sea) pitch fee for 2011 is £4960 for pitches in the area behind the reception with views similar to those of our web cam. Only new caravan holiday homes can be placed in this area. One only avaiable V8

| PRICE CHANGES |
The pitch fee is usually set in the autumn each year for the following season. Prices for gas, electric, water are in the hands of the suppliers.
We are notified of the rates charges in April annually.
Where applicable VAT is charge at the prevailing rate.
